2. Services Description

New Jersey Transloading provides transloading and logistics services including but not limited to:

  • Rework and restack services
  • Palletization
  • Shrink wrapping
  • Shifted load correction
  • Cross-docking and transloading
  • Yard storage and trailer parking
  • Distribution and drayage
  • Final mile delivery
  • Container shipments

3. Use of Website

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

4. Service Terms and Conditions

4.1 Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates and subject to change based on actual cargo specifications, weight, and service requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed before service execution.

4.2 Liability

We exercise reasonable care in handling your cargo. However, our liability is limited as follows:

  • Maximum liability of $0.50 per pound per article unless additional insurance is purchased
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from inherent defects in the cargo
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to hold cargo until payment is received in full.

4.4 Cargo Requirements

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions and documentation of cargo
  • Properly package and prepare cargo for handling
  • Comply with all applicable shipping regulations
  • Not ship prohibited or hazardous materials without disclosure

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of New Jersey Transloading and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Insurance

We maintain general liability insurance. Additional cargo insurance is available for purchase. We recommend that customers obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their shipments.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, government actions, or other force majeure events.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate service agreements at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Jersey Transloading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms
